Collaborative efforts with the Puerto Rico Department of Transportation and Public Works, the Volpe Center, and local communities are underway to comprehensively tackle access and transportation challenges while addressing financial and operational challenges to manage visitation and recreation in the PR-191 North corridor.\n\nAccess to El Yunque, via the PR 191 North corridor, faces significant challenges such as transportation limitations and inadequate parking.
